A well trained workforce, possessing appropriate skills and knowledge is essential to business needs and the continued success of CHC. We support and develop each individual employee enabling them to carry out their duties safely and efficiently and to fulfil their own potential.

CHC Property Services either use external approved training providers such as The Construction Industry Training Board and Business Link. Most of our employees have gained or are working towards National Vocational Qualifications in recognition of their skills and knowledge. This is all vital to the company an also supports the change of image set out by the industry.
