This redundant coach house conversion was located in a remote Essex countryside and was predominantly a design and build project. They key aim was to fully modernise and refurbish the property, whilst maintaining the original feel of the property and the adjacent areas.
A unique part of the project included the co-ordination and installation of a new mains water supply, which was over a mile long.
