Icon Restaurant
The creation of an 85 cover restaurant / bistro to the ground floor area of the Southend FM 105.10 building (CHC previous construction). This will include the design and formation of new commercial kitchen. New staired access to the basement has to be installed as the original plans for the building did not incorporate a restaurant.
